Worship arts are an
integral part of what we do at SVCC. We have a thriving music, drama
& technology program and use them both in a variety of ways. "Let
the godly sing with joy to the Lord, for it is fitting to praise him.
Praise the Lord with melodies on the lyre; make music for him on the
ten stringed harp. Sing new songs of praise to him; play skillfully on
the harp and sing with joy!" (Psalm 33:1-3)
Our worship service features praise teams and a blend of traditional
and contemporary worship. We have traditional, acapella, and other
special services on occasion. To audition for a worship team, contact
John Harvey
SPECIAL MUSIC
We often feature singers and
instrumentalists as part of our worship services and special events.
We welcome all styles of music. If you would like to sing or play for
one of the services, contact

Christmas, Easter & Memorial Day. They are also featured on

be purchased. If you are interested in being a part of the choir,
contact Karen Steltz.
CHILDREN'S CHOIR
Our children's choir
performs several special programs throughout the year as well.
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are permitted to be a part of
the children's choir. They are currently working on the musical
"Fear Not Factor" for Christmas. If you are interested in
having your child be a part of the children's choir, contact Amy

DRAMA/VIDEO
Dramas at SVCC are
used effectively to communicate Biblically-based concepts effectively.
The are featured heavily during Shekinah on Wednesday nights, and
sometimes during Sunday morning. We have free scripts for skits on
line that are available here.
We also use video to enhance our services are well.
